Recently I reached out to the Crafty Merch team to get some glassware delivered to NZ. They worked through and found an option which meant I could get a set of glasses that I had been after for years and weren’t available here. Can’t thank the team enough for the assistance - just the best!!

Very shortly after ordering these glasses, I realised I had ordered the wrong size and tried to contact CraftyMerch for help. Despite my numerous attempts, no one answered the phone and my emails received no response. So, while the glasses arrived in tact, my requests to exchange and pay the difference for the larger version - WELL PRIOR to the package being posted - were completely ignored. In fact, this request for a review, while undoubtedly auto-generated, is the first ‘customer service’ I’ve experienced. What’s more, the business does not accept returns so I’m now stuck with glasses that I don’t want. Poor form CraftyMerch.

Communication re purchase and shipping was fabulous. Only 1 broken glass out of a dozen or so boxes, so not the worst outcome from the freight company. Overall, a good service and would recommend.
